Expert group ‘on defining the specific contribution of youth work and non-formal and informal learning to
address the challenges young people are facing, in particular the transition from education to employment’ was set up under the European Union Work Plan for Youth for 2014-2015.
The research findings can be applied by various groups and stakeholders who work with or for young people. The expert group urges all stakeholders to implement the principles and practices set out in this report in concrete actions and thereby improve employment opportunities and social inclusion of young people in Europe.
