Local scholarships policy recommendations consist of recommendations on the criteria, procedures, amounts awarded per student per month and the consequences of receiving a scholarship. Special attention is put on the possibilities of valorisation of active citizenship in the form of volunteering (e.g. awarding additional points in the assessment process to students who volunteer/ed).
