3rd PYLE Transnational Meeting in Pula, Croatia

During the period of 13th -16th September 2018 the project partners gathered together in Pula, Croatia to discuss and plan the future activities of the project. Hosts were Volonterski Centar Istra, that welcomed the representatives, project coordinators and experts from Croatia, Slovenia and Macedonia.. During the meeting the representatives discussed, made a plan analysis and evaluation of the implementation of PDCAE mentor training as the base for National Recommendations for implementation. Each partner presented their plans for the Mentor trainings, frameworks and possible dates of implementation. We were discussing what is the best approach and how to transfer all the knowledge to the future Mentors. Special attention was pointed on the evaluation process of the Mentoring training in order to have the bigger picture, competent mentors, direct implementation, follow ups and to make the National Recommendations in the most suitable way. For the National Recommendations for implementation the PDCAE training we talked about the dissemination, target groups and relevant institutions and organizations that will have the benefit of it. The document will be made in the 3 national languages in order to have the bigger impact on national level.

We also had the time to explore the beautiful Pula thanks to our hosts.  The typical local food and drinks, the beautiful Pula Arena and amazing landscape and sea.
