In Macedonia there are 2 public institutions which are responsible for the Adult education in general.

One institution is the Center for Vocational Education and is focused more on providing support to the Vocational Education in general including high schools and other form of training facilities. They are also responsible for the occupational standards and their enrollment into the system.

The other institution is Center for Education of Adults. This center is providing and certifying the programs for the occupational standards which are already register in the Center for Vocational Education and which are not part of the regular formal educational system. This center is formed by the government of Macedonia and is operating for 10 years, since 2008.

For registration of the PYLE process in Macedonia, the employees from Krik should start the collaboration with this 2 institutions in order to have the program certified.

In the last months, initial information were collected for the process and the plan for the future activities for certifying the program is made.
